NoGigiddy is a digital platform designed for gig workers, side hustlers, and individuals seeking alternative income streams outside traditional employment. Our mission is to connect our community with real earning opportunities—remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools—all accessible for free without any gatekeeping. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing NoGigiddy’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Your role involves building a community of individuals who are eager to break free from the traditional 9-to-5 grind and pursue their own earning opportunities. No formal degree is required—only a genuine understanding of what resonates with audiences and the discipline to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow NoGigiddy’s social media accounts across all major platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form video.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a brand-aligned voice.
• Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for influencer and creator partnerships to expand brand reach.

Requirements:

• No degree required.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, either personal or professional.
• Strong copywriting skills—your captions should be engaging and compelling enough to capture audience attention.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
• Ability to create basic graphics using tools like Canva.
• Data-driven mindset—analyze performance data to refine and double down on what works.
• Reliability and consistency—social media requires regular attention and cannot be neglected.
