NoGigiddy is a digital platform designed for gig workers, side hustlers, and individuals seeking alternative income streams outside traditional employment. We connect our community with opportunities like remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools—all accessible for free without any gatekeeping. We built this platform based on our own needs and seek to hire individuals who truly understand and resonate with our mission.

The Role

Social media is the primary channel through which NoGigiddy communicates with the world, and we are looking for someone who can effectively engage and grow our audience. As our Social Media Manager, you will oversee our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include building a community of individuals who are eager to break free from the traditional 9-to-5 work structure and pursue their own earning opportunities. No formal degree is required; instead, we value a genuine understanding of what drives engagement and the discipline to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow NoGigiddy’s social media accounts across all major platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form video
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a brand-aligned voice
• Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, reporting weekly
• Identify and engage with opportunities for influencer and creator partnerships

Requirements

• No degree required
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong copywriting skills—your captions should resonate and be read by the audience
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer or Later
• Ability to create basic graphics using tools like Canva
• Data-driven mindset—analyze performance and optimize strategies based on results
• Reliability and consistency—social media demands regular attention and engagement
