About the Role: Shadow Light Studios is building the most exciting relationship platform on the planet, blending relationship therapy with cutting-edge AI. We are looking for a rockstar Social Media Engagement Specialist who lives and breathes our brand aura on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and beyond to spread the word, garner massive engagement, and drive conversions for our Clarady assessment.

What You'll Do

• Own daily proactive commenting on TikTok and Instagram videos in pre-approved relationship categories.
• Run strategic DM campaigns to aligned creators and engaged commenters.
• Dominate Reddit relationship threads and LinkedIn engagement with emotionally intelligent insights.
• Respond to all incoming comments across platforms within 2 hours during US business hours.
• Track metrics obsessively (comments, DMs, conversions) and drive profile clicks naturally.

What You Bring

• Chronically online in a strategic way with impeccable written English.
• Understanding of platform culture differences across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers daily and doing proactive outreach.
• Ability to spot relationship content and emotional patterns quickly.
• Bonus: Experience in mental health, relationship coaching, emotional intelligence spaces, or growing social accounts through engagement.
