Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and culturally immersed Social Media Content Strategist to act as our core online presence and organic growth specialist under a permanent, full-time remote footprint in the Philippines. In this high-leverage brand strategy seat, you will bypass traditional paid media scripts to operate as the absolute owner of our native content lifecycle across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, administrative message copy-pasting, or basic inbound support ticketing, you will run an active viral trend analysis, multi-platform scroll-stopping asset creation, and organic community acquisition laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed company founders and educators, you will translate coaching curriculum, student success stories, and live webinars into high-engagement rich-media assets. This position requires a digital marketing professional who understands US and Canadian consumer humor and messaging preferences fluidly natively using Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Short Form (Reels/TikTok) primitives, possesses deep creative intelligence, and manages content distribution calendars under a fixed schedule synchronized to North American Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Strategy Governance: Formulate, iterate, and execute advanced organic content strategies across multiple platform architectures to maximize brand awareness natively utilizing Social Media Manager best practices.
- Scroll-Stopping Asset Engineering: Design, draft, and schedule highly engaging, conversion-led multimedia elements tailored specifically to the real estate investment and coaching sectors.
- Viral Trend Telemetry Tracking: Proactively investigate micro-demographic trends, emerging content formats, and linguistic styles native to US/Canadian digital spaces to boost community visibility.
- Short-Form Video Production Control: Script, arrange, and edit high-impact vertical video assets, repurposing long-form webinars and testimonials into digestible reels natively deploying Short Form (Reels/TikTok) configurations.
- Brand Voice Copywriting Alignment: Author scannable, high-relevance captions, interactive video text layers, and newsletters cleanly natively leveraging Content Writer structures.
- Active Community Management Triage: Monitor audience comments, drive daily follower interactions, and manage communication threads to foster an enthusiastic, highly engaged online peer network.
- Competitor Analytics and Sourcing: Audit industry-leading international platforms to capture messaging gaps, competitor blind spots, and fresh growth vectors for our educational programs.
- Content Calendar Customization: Coordinate comprehensive publication timelines across separate channel matrix blocks, ensuring uncompromised posting velocity and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional track record operating as a Social Media Specialist, Content Marketer, Creative Producer, Community Manager, or closely matching tech-enabled audience growth capacity.
