Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, culturally aligned Social Media and Content Manager to serve as the daily brand voice of LBX across Latin America (LATAM). In this high-signal marketing seat, you will be responsible for bringing localized campaigns and interactive ideas to life across our dedicated Spanish-language social channels. Collaborating closely with our centralized Brand & Creative team, you will design, edit, and distribute platform-native assets tailored precisely to how retail traders consume data. This role demands a structured storyteller who can maintain consistency under creative briefs, execute video edits autonomously, and safely navigate internal compliance evaluation pipelines to foster multi-channel community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • LATAM Presence Governance: Manage, expand, and optimize LBX LATAM’s presence across Spanish-language feeds including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Multi-Format Content Creation: Produce, format, edit, and publish high-engagement regional assets, including short-form video reels, multi-slide carousels, educational threads, interactive stories, and podcast installments.
  • Monthly Calendar Architecture: Formulate and deploy structured monthly content calendars synchronized with major macroeconomic market events, product rollouts, F1 moments, and Latin American financial trends.
  • Trading Community Monitoring: Audit and interact within organic LATAM trading clusters across Telegram, WhatsApp, fintech forums, and regional social networks to scale customer retention.
  • Co-Branded Asset Partnerships: Partner alongside internal affiliate and business development teams to co-author shareable, co-branded marketing assets for regional partners.
  • Strict Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% of generated visual media and financial copy successfully clears mandatory corporate compliance review loops prior to public distribution.
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Measure, track, and evaluate organic growth milestones and core engagement metrics to generate monthly data reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of verified professional history running social media accounts or multimedia content management lines, preferably within trust-sensitive fields like financial services, fintech, or crypto.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of retail trading psychology and content consumption behaviors unique to the LATAM market.
  • Hands-on post-production video editing capabilities utilizing software suites such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent timelines.
  • Proven capacity to execute with absolute visual consistency against an established creative brief without needing to reinvent brand direction with every post.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication mechanics, maintaining professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational flexibility open exclusively to qualified marketers permanently based within Mexico or Colombia (with regional hubs centered around Mexico City and Bogotá).

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience managing digital financial compliance workflows or handling regulatory disclosure parameters across marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully building a brand audience inside highly competitive markets where user trust must be securely guarded.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to completely guide, shape, and expand the regional digital footprint for an international financial trading brand.
  • Highly attractive compensation structures paired with Monthly Performance Bonuses linked directly to organic growth metrics.
  • Generous paid time off parameters encompassing 21 working days of annual leave.
  • Uncapped professional training resources through an unlimited, corporate-funded Udemy Business membership.
  • Continuous options for personal development alongside collaborative international corporate events and team-building retreats.
