Are you a mechanical mastermind who not only fixes machines but breathes life back into them? If the challenge of diagnosing complex electromechanical puzzles excites you, then Phillips is looking for someone like you.
The Role:
You will serve as the face of Phillips, operating remotely from your residence and traveling Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems.
- Installing new, state-of-the-art machinery with precision.
- Providing world-class customer service that extends beyond repairs—building lasting relationships and creating legendary value.

- Possess deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong combination of mechanical and electrical backgrounds.
- Have a Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification/degree (though industry experience and skill are paramount).
- Demonstrate a proven track record in service or maintenance environments.
- Showcase a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a desire to be the most knowledgeable service engineer in the industry.
- Commit to continuous learning and be willing to travel up to 80% of the month within your assigned region.
Our vision is two-fold: to become the world’s best supplier of manufacturing technology and to cultivate a Phillips Community where we strive to live great lives.
