Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, multi-disciplinary, and results-oriented SEO Manager to join our centralized SEO & Content vertical under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. In this client-facing growth seat, you will assume strategic account ownership over a diverse portfolio of disruptive tech brands, orchestrating on-page, off-page, and comprehensive web optimization roadmaps to capture massive organic search results. Shifting completely away from non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level social media posting, or basic website visual updates, you will direct an active technical indexing, programmatic keyword mapping, and click-through optimization laboratory. Partnering directly alongside in-house content creators and client growth verticals, you will formulate and run experimental search testing models to scale indexing performance. This position requires a digital optimization authority with 3+ years of professional history who maps organic growth patterns fluidly natively using SEO and search strategy parameters, diagnoses core rendering issues through deep technical audits, and structures data-driven analytical reporting to clearly communicate conversion wins to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Search Account Governance: Formulate, coordinate, and execute comprehensive organic search growth roadmaps for a diverse portfolio of tech clients natively utilizing advanced SEO frameworks.
  • Technical and UX Auditing: Diagnose, prioritize, and eliminate indexing roadblocks, crawl errors, and page-speed latency constraints by performing deep technical web operations and user-experience audits.
  • Keyword Mapping & Intent Discovery: Conduct advanced search query research and semantic clustering to discover high-value intent terms, ensuring client content strategies target premium pipelines.
  • Collaborative Content Engineering: Lead content ideation, structural optimization, and multi-channel distribution guidelines to continuously maximize relevance and authority across B2B and SaaS sites.
  • Authority Building & Digital PR: Structure and supervise strategic off-page linkbuilding initiatives, coordinating digital public relations to expand domain authority footprints.
  • Client Partnership Management: Act as the core strategic point of contact for accounts, directing regular touchpoints, delivering insightful data reports, and conducting quarterly strategy planning sessions.
  • Experimental Search Testing: Formulate, benchmark, and deploy structured search experiments and tracking models to uncover latent indexing opportunities for our growth teams.
  • Analytical Telemetry Auditing: Leverage a sophisticated array of in-house and third-party data tracking tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to validate performance signals and link marketing activities to clear traffic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional history operating as an SEO Specialist, Organic Growth Lead, Inbound Marketing Manager, Technical SEO Consultant, or closely matching data-driven tech agency capacity.
  • Expert Client-Facing Management Pedigree: Extensive, hands-on history managing relationships with corporate stakeholders, presenting marketing roadmaps, and leading strategic digital marketing accounts.
  • Demonstrated multidisciplinary tool mastery across technical web operations, keyword intent research, and distributed linkbuilding systems.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication strengths in English, with an established history translating complex technical crawling elements into simple, actionable paths for brand executives.
  • Highly organized, analytical operator with a strong bias for speed, quality, and structural simplicity who thrives inside a fast-paced startup agency environment.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified digital growth professionals residing permanently within the United States.
