Senior Web Developer

About the Role: Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse. We are looking for a Senior Web Developer (Frontend Engineer) to own the user experience across our documentation and educational properties. You will focus on improving user success via our Hugo website, Pathfinder (interactive in-product learning tool), and the Learning Hub.

What You'll Do

• Expand the external enablement through the Learning Hub.
• Continue development of a first-class documentation site for both human and AI consumers.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on continuously improving the integration of the website and the user-facing product.
• Transform complex ideas into working code while ensuring code maintainability, readability, and security.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of solid experience with web development technologies and static site generators.
• Experience or comfort working with backends written in Golang and infrastructure like Kubernetes.
• Strong practice of effective CI/CD and a solid understanding of web application security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
