What You'll Do

  • Own the overall standard and performance of the company's video content, setting clear editorial templates.
  • Lead and develop a team of video editors, managing workloads and providing structured feedback on pacing and storytelling.
  • Act as the bridge between creative, hosts, and clients, managing expectations and translating feedback into actionable direction.
  • Advise on short-form strategy and support YouTube optimisation (structure, pacing, titles, and packaging).
  • Step in on key edits, priority episodes, or complex projects during high-volume periods.

What You Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (active subscription required).
  • Strong experience editing long-form and short-form content.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring editors and optimising production workflows.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders on creative deliverables.
  • Bonus: Experience working on podcast or interview-style content, familiarity with startup/tech content, and YouTube growth strategies.

Benefits
