Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior UX Engineer to act as the lead UI architect for Evolve’s core financial product experience. Most financial products are accurate, but few are visually clear; your objective is to close that gap by building responsive interfaces, dense data dashboards, and dynamic transactional flows that work flawlessly for first-time homeowners and professional property managers alike. Working AI-native directly within our frontend architecture, you will translate complex back-end implications—like multi-tier revenue splits, accounting logic, and tax reporting—into simple, trust-earning browser experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Financial Experience: Own the complete frontend experience for our Core, Plus, and Pro tiers, building responsive interfaces and data visualizations that handle distribution logic with absolute clarity.
  • AI-Forward Prototyping: Leverage AI-native development environments to rapidly build and validate interactive working prototypes, compressing the gap between feature hypothesis and production code.
  • Production Frontend Craft: Write scalable component logic within our core framework leveraging modern frontend tools, fluid layout motion design, precise typography alignments, and predictable state management solutions.
  • Design System Evolution: Translate design patterns and complex UI modules into an accessible, robust, and highly reusable code library to maintain platform-wide visual consistency.
  • Solve from First Principles: Utilize transactional analytics, data streams, and user feedback to identify interface flaws and eliminate friction points before they become customer support tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of verified software development experience building web products inside high-growth B2B platforms, Fintech startups, or tech-enabled services.
  • Production-grade UI engineering fluency utilizing React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS architectures.
  • Demonstrated tracking history applying strong financial acumen to manage back-end implications like revenue calculations, multi-tenant splits, and spreadsheet accounting logic cleanly on front-end layouts.
  • Advanced proficiency using generative AI tools and environments to rapidly produce operational frontend prototypes.
  • A proven tracking record of navigating abstract or ambiguous design requirements, translating them into elegant multi-platform web and mobile solutions.
  • Excellent communication and analytical metrics reporting skills, optimized for high-velocity startup environments.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first operational infrastructure support open to qualified tech professionals residing anywhere within the United States (excluding Hawaii and D.C.).
