About Cleo: Cleo is a market-leading ecosystem integration software company shaping the future of enterprise software in an AI-first world. Trusted by over 4,000 corporate clients with an elite 99% retention rate, we engineer intelligent supply chain technology that redefines how products are conceived and built. By leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate insight, decision-making, and execution, Cleo empowers global businesses to solve complex operational challenges through seamless, data-rich integrations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, AI-native Senior UX Designer to join our core product team. In this pivotal role, you will sit at the intersection of enterprise UX, AI-enabled workflows, systems thinking, and business outcomes. You will lead problem framing for complex, data-heavy supply chain operations, designing agentic interaction models and conversational interfaces that build operational trust. Moving beyond traditional wireframing, you will embed AI-assisted tools natively into your UX workflow, transforming ambiguity into scalable, high-impact enterprise experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Centered Experience Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define intelligent product strategies, shaping how predictive guidance, automation, and decision-support systems are surfaced in UI.
  • Complex Workflow Translation: Lead user insight development across deep supply chain workflows, translating raw ambiguity into clear wireframes, interaction models, and polished high-fidelity designs.
  • Agentic & Conversational Design: Design adaptive interfaces that leverage recommendation systems, AI agents, and conversational workflows while strictly preserving system explainability and user agency.
  • AI-Assisted UX Execution: Actively utilize generative AI tools throughout your daily design process to accelerate research synthesis, rapid ideation, content generation, and usability analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Tradeoff Management: Collaborate deeply with engineering and architecture divisions to iterate in real-time, influence technical tradeoffs, and ensure execution meets a high bar of visual polish.
  • Design System Scalability: Shape and scale interactive design patterns that support multi-tenant consistency, specifically tailored for data-rich enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional history designing complex, data-rich B2B enterprise applications or massive-scale integration platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing adaptive, AI-infused product experiences, specifically focusing on conversational frameworks, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking—spanning from initial problem framing and mixed-method user research through to shipped, high-fidelity UI outcomes.
  • Deep systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand and design within dense technical domains (e.g., supply chain systems, raw data platforms, API integrations).
  • Outstanding cross-functional communication mechanics, optimized for advocating user outcomes and navigating technical complexity alongside executive stakeholders.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first operational infrastructure availability open exclusively to qualified designers permanently residing within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • High learning agility and strategic curiosity regarding the evolution of UX methodology inside an AI-centered product development lifecycle.
  • Prior history defining product direction across highly ambiguous, loosely defined greenfield operational spaces.

What We Offer

  • Targeted Annual Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD per annum (Supplemented by strong performance-based bonus opportunities and accelerated title growth potential).
  • Comprehensive premium Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage packages alongside FSA and HSA options.
  • Active 401(k) retirement matching programs and dedicated Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Generous Flexible PTO structures and paid parental leave policies fostering a supportive life-work balance.
  • The opportunity to represent a stable, hyper-growth enterprise technology leader shaping the operational reality of global supply chains.
