Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the Role: Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive and scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok for our subscription-based products. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and scalable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, managing $1M+ monthly budgets.
• Continuously improve key metrics (CPA, ROAS, ROMI) and identify winning campaigns.
• Build and manage campaign structures, and run structured A/B tests with clear learning agendas.
• Analyze performance across the full funnel, work with attribution models (e.g., iOS 14+), and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ads and define repeatable creative frameworks.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling $1M+ monthly budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Bonus: Experience with subscription-based web products is a strong plus.
