Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, People, and other Corporate functions.
• Partner directly with business leaders to define what exceptional talent looks like and turn talent needs into focused hiring strategies.
• Build proactive pipelines for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find talent rather than relying on inbound.
• Bring market insight, data, and recruiting judgment to help leaders make faster, better hiring decisions.
• Protect Figure’s talent bar and bring strong judgment to who should become our next colleague.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while keeping searches moving with urgency.
• Spot when a search is off track, diagnose why, and adjust your approach quickly.
• Improve processes, tools, and workflows to create more speed and clarity without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Use AI, automation, and recruiting technology to increase leverage and work more effectively.
• Share expertise, mentor others, and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond your req load.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting across Corporate functions such as Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, HR/People, or other specialized business teams.
• A strong track record of identifying and closing senior, specialized, and difficult-to-reach talent.
• Exceptional sourcing ability and a history of building strong pipelines proactively, not relying on inbound.
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders, challenging assumptions when needed, and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong talent judgment and an instinct for the difference between someone who can do the job and someone who will make your team stronger.
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in the people you bring into an organization.
• A track record of solving problems, creating structure, and improving how teams hire.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Experience with modern recruiting technology, AI, automation, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• A bias for action and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
