Senior Talent Acquisition

About the Role: Hiire is a specialized tech recruitment agency based in Portugal, working across Europe. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist to own end-to-end tech placements in a fully remote setup. You will step into an environment with clear processes, an established ATS, and existing clients, allowing you to focus purely on finding and closing top tech talent without the burden of cold business development.

What You'll Do

• Own 3–6 active tech roles at any time, managing the full cycle from brief and shortlist to offer and onboarding.
• Hit crucial metrics: time-to-shortlist <7 days, CV-to-interview >40%, and offer acceptance >85%.
• Ensure an impeccable candidate experience by providing consistent feedback and interview debriefs.
• Maintain excellent ATS hygiene with updates within 12 hours and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Provide weekly updates to hiring managers and proactively suggest improvements to internal SOPs.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or RPO) with a solid track record of engineering placements.
• Process discipline with strong capabilities in pre-closing, counter-offer prep, reference checks, and structured screening.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep your desk moving effectively.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (non-negotiable) to handle local and international accounts.

Benefits

• Base salary of €2,000 – €3,000 per month plus a transparent, monthly-paid commission on placements.
• Fully remote B2B / freelance contract in Portugal (with potential for 1–2 client visits per quarter).
