Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact, territory-building Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive the growth of our new enterprise offering—Firefox Enterprise—across France and Belgium. This is a greenfield commercial sales position tailored for a resilient closer who excels at generating a multi-million-dollar deal pipeline from scratch. Serving as a strategic talent advisor to business and government customers, you will address enterprise demands for a highly secure, data-compliant enterprise web browser, guiding technical deals from first contact through pilots, procurement governance, and successful regional rollout execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Drive the end-to-end commercial sales motion across France and Belgium, identifying net-new logo opportunities with large enterprise accounts, regulated industries, and public-sector divisions.
- Full-Cycle Deal Architecture: Manage the full sales lifecycle spanning proactive prospecting, qualification auditing, rigorous discovery, business case formulation, contract negotiation, and close cycles.
- Technical pre-sales Synchronization: Partner tightly alongside core Solutions Engineering and product groups to execute technical discovery, client validation metrics, pilot setups, and implementation mappings.
- Executive Stakeholder Alliance: Establish high-trust relationships with senior organizational decision-makers across Enterprise IT, Information Security, Network Architecture, Procurement, and Legal Compliance.
- Regional Execution Loop: Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to refine regional market strategies, turn initial interest into lucrative support agreements, and open up early commercial wins.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant, demonstrable professional background driving full-cycle enterprise sales inside Cloud SaaS, Software Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Developer Platform markets.
- Proven, verified tracking record building sustainable account pipelines and closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts.
- Deep operational fluency running sales lifecycles within early-stage regional tech setups or fast-changing software verticals.
- Outstanding commercial judgment, possessing the analytical discipline to qualify pipelines efficiently and prioritize high-value pipelines.
- Bilingual communication mechanics with native or business-level written and verbal fluency in both English and French.
- Comfortable managing structural ambiguity, navigating complex procurement loops, and coordinating across technical engineering divisions.
- Travel & Target Zone: Absolute willingness to travel within France as required by the account lifecycle, with a clear preference for enterprise sales candidates located within the Paris metropolitan region.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first working infrastructure support open to qualified account executives based within France (willing to occasionally accommodate collaboration calls aligned with U.S. business hours).
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct production background selling security infrastructure products, enterprise desktop solutions, or cloud compliance software to regulated government entities.
- Familiarity with modern identity architectures, centralized enterprise policy configurations, or endpoint endpoint control rules.
