The Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a mission-critical technical partner to our Commercial Sales and Success organizations. In this role, you will lead the technical pre-sales cycle, clear technical integration roadblocks, design advanced proof-of-concepts, and accelerate our revenue growth among commercial enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Partner with sales executives to deliver high-impact technical presentations explaining product capabilities, cloud transformations, and API integrations.
- Proof of Concepts: Design, develop, deploy, and manage tailored customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) frameworks and operational demo spaces.
- Custom Automations: Build lightweight custom integration scripts, data migration paths, and configure cross-app automations.
- Executive Analytics: Model custom business metrics to construct real-time reports and dynamic visibility dashboards for prospective client leadership teams.
- RFP Architecture: Own the functional and technical assessment architectures for detailed enterprise Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or implementation enablement.
- 2+ years of demonstrable success driving revenue and retention pipelines within a commercial client base.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience configuring modern integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Unito, Integromat), web services, and REST APIs.
- Timezone Constraint: Must reside in the United States and have the absolute capacity to support Pacific and Mountain timezones.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms (autonomous agents, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app orchestrations).
- Strong understanding of application deployment processes, change management frameworks, and SaaS cloud migrations.
- Relevant technical or management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).

- Estimated OTE: $145,000 - $185,000 USD per year (Offers Equity components).
