Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Software Engineer Python + Angular to join our core centralized Product Delivery team in a full-time remote capacity across India. Working as a critical technical pillar within our distributed product delivery frameworks, you will step up to claim true individual strategic operational accountability for driving software solutions from abstract early conceptual stages through to live market launch and beyond. Shifting completely away from routine code maintenance, legacy database entry, or basic template layout updates, you will operate as a principal full-stack product architect—partnering face-to-face with client project stakeholders, visual designers, and technical managers to turn loose requirements into scalable, robust enterprise applications. This position requires an internet technology veteran with 8+ years of verified software engineering history who programs server-side web APIs fluidly natively using Python environment frameworks (Django REST Framework), constructs dynamic, state-driven interfaces smoothly natively using React or Angular, and enforces strict zero-trust identity architectures confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Product Feature Delivery: Design, develop, test, and scale end-to-end, customer-facing web applications and intelligent interfaces cleanly natively utilizing Python and Django REST Framework backends.
• Dynamic Client-Side Interface Curation: Build, polish, and optimize highly performant web application components, cross-browser single-page apps, and responsive views natively leveraging Angular or React frontend frameworks.
• Secure Identity and Access Governance: Integrate and maintain rigid user authentication and authorization mechanisms across shared code bases, configuring OAuth 2.0 protocols, OpenID Connect (OIDC) tokens, and enterprise data encryption layers.
• Vector-Based Retrieval Integration: Partner with data engineering teams to support real-world agentic workflows, configuring data pipelines and vector-based indexing parameters natively using Weaviate tools.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Review: Participate in cross-functional design reviews, sprint planning estimations, and technical code audits within an international Agile/Scrum framework, providing constructive feedback to minimize technical debt.
• Strategic Client Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary technical advisor to client project stakeholders, translating sophisticated system metrics and software capabilities into transparent project status briefings.
• Engineering Practice Mentorship Leadership: Actively contribute to our internal Engineering Practice community, leading technical workshops and mentoring peer developers through formal Communities of Practice (CoPs).
• Agile Governance Execution: Drive day-to-day agile product loops independently, managing automated code deployments, handling git commits, and tracking milestone tasks with absolute transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of verified professional history running advanced full-stack software development, distributed systems backend programming, enterprise API design, cloud application engineering, or digital product consulting.
• Expert-tier capability writing clean server-side logic loops, mapping endpoints, and constructing performant microservices natively utilizing Python toolsets (specifically requiring extensive Django REST Framework fluency).
• Practical operational familiarity rendering client-side data views, configuring state models, and building responsive structures natively using Angular or React.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of advanced object-oriented programming (OOP) principles (including strict abstraction and encapsulation), SOLID design methodologies, and enterprise security patterns.
• Demonstrated experience successfully implementing secure identity verification modules, showing clear field familiarity handling OAuth 2.0 and OIDC protocols.
• Proven baseline competency utilizing Git version control systems, navigating Unix/Linux command-line shell interfaces, and operating inside structured Scrum frameworks.
