Senior Software Engineer

About the Role: Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying 100% of good identities in real time. We are hiring an exceptional Site Reliability Engineer (Senior Software Engineer) who takes pride in building and operating mission-critical, production-grade systems at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and observability.

What You'll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Design, operate, and continuously improve Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.
• Define and enforce infrastructure through Terraform and GitOps-based deployment workflows (ArgoCD).
• Build CI/CD systems that enable safe, fast, and repeatable deployments using GitHub Actions.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and ensure reliability through strong observability and SLOs.

What You Bring

• Deep AWS expertise including networking, compute, IAM, scaling, and security.
• Very strong Kubernetes fundamentals and hands-on experience operating Amazon EKS in production.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code in Go or Python.
• Strong experience managing infrastructure using Terraform at scale.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog for monitoring, APM, and incident detection.
