Job Description
About the Role: Pure Storage is fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. As a Senior Service Account Manager (SAM), you are the strategic architect of the customer experience for our most significant enterprise accounts. You will transform the post-sales relationship by serving as a high-impact advocate and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between complex customer needs and our engineering and product teams.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrate global customer success and own the end-to-end service delivery relationship for large-scale accounts.
- Direct complex implementations and migrations within critical change windows, ensuring 100% operational continuity.
- Command incident and escalation management as the primary point of contact for high-severity issues.
- Facilitate executive-level operational reviews and roadmap discussions aligning with customer business priorities.
- Mentor junior Service Account Managers and create internal content to promote best practices.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing, large account, industry-related role.
- Expert relationship orchestration with the ability to navigate matrixed environments and build high-trust partnerships with executives.
- Deep professional experience within the technology or data storage sector.
- Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills for technical risk analyses and capacity planning.
- Strong project management background to coordinate multiple high-priority projects.
