Senior Sales Engineer, AI

About the Role: At NiCE, we don't limit our challenges. As a Senior Sales Engineer, AI, you will be a key member of our presales team working closely with sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and basic POC's/POV's. Your goal is to create a great experience for our customers and drive growth across the DACH and France regions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals within the sales cycle.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations highlighting the value of NiCE Cognigy.
• Design and recommend solutions that meet customer-specific needs and business requirements.
• Provide technical support before and during the sales process, and stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape.

What You Bring

• Expertise in consulting, sales engineering, or presales within the enterprise software space (contact center or automation).
• Programming skills with JavaScript; knowledge of Java, Python, or similar languages is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Cognigy, conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, and related software technologies.
• Fluency in English, German, and French (French at a professional level is required).
