Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, motivated, and systems-minded Senior Sales Development Representative (US) to join our core centralized Sales Team collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating as a critical growth accelerator and the primary human touchpoint driving our top-of-funnel pipeline engine, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying prospective corporate client relationships. Shifting completely away from routine passive lead-list logging, basic template copy sending, monotone script reading, or disconnected administrative entry loops, you will run an active multi-channel outbound lab—partnering face-to-face with corporate Account Executives, Product positioning experts, and Brand Marketing pods. This position requires an enterprise software or SaaS sales veteran with 2 to 5 years of outbound pipeline experience who identifies high-value enterprise accounts fluidly natively using Lead Generation workflows, articulates advanced AI observability platform value points smoothly natively using Sales Representative consultative strategies, and commands complex pipeline CRM tools confidently under strict monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Top-of-Funnel Enterprise Growth Curation: Identify, source, and engage high-potential corporate prospects across target enterprise accounts, mapping complex organizational structures to establish clear pipeline entry points cleanly natively utilizing Lead Generation strategies.
- Strategic Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting: Formulate, test, and manage sophisticated omni-channel outbound sequences, generating high-quality pipelines for Account Executives natively leveraging Sales Representative outreach across structured email, cold calling, LinkedIn networks, and physical/virtual events.
- Insight-Driven Discovery Conversations: Lead engaging, highly strategic discovery discussions with technical and business stakeholders (including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and RevOps managers), uncovering core organizational pain points around AI safety, bias risk, and governance.
- Fiddler Platform Story Mastery: Articulate Fiddler complex AI Observability platform story with total clarity, detailing our technical differentiators, explainable AI analytics capabilities, and downstream commercial impact.
- Messaging and Campaign Optimization: Partner closely with distributed Marketing and Sales cells to analyze campaign conversion metrics, continuously refining target profiles, content hooks, and lead quality definitions.
- Rigorous CRM and Salesforce Governance: Document and analyze full-lifecycle prospect interactions, data fields, and meeting metrics systematically inside Salesforce to ensure data-driven feedback loops for Product and Marketing teams.
- Quota and Performance Metric Execution: Consistently meet and exceed demanding monthly and quarterly corporate performance targets, including discovery meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, and lifecycle pipeline conversion velocities.
- Tech-Savvy Domain Sourcing: Maintain high personal technical curiosity regarding the emerging AI, ML, LLM, and big-data ecosystem, systematically utilizing modern sales tooling (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to compound outreach speed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional history running advanced software business development, outbound sales development, account-based prospecting, B2B demand generation, or technical product consulting.
- Mandatory Enterprise SaaS Sourcing Background: Documented, hands-on career history successfully driving outbound pipeline generation for a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS or cloud-native platform product explicitly targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
- Expert-tier capability building custom email cadences, executing cold call workflows, and uncovering target account footprints natively utilizing Lead Generation techniques.
- Practical operational familiarity navigating complex executive gatekeepers, matching persona pain points, and presenting technical products natively using Sales Representative best practices.
- Deep, authoritative technical comfort using modern sales technology stacks, requiring hands-on history inside Salesforce and prominent automated engagement systems (Outreach or SalesLoft).
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised confidence and persuasive influence when communicating with elite corporate enterprise stakeholders.
- A resilient, highly persistent self-starter mentality comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, motivating yourself via rapid progress, continuous learning, and strategic grit in an early-stage startup environment.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified enterprise sales developers based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote layout.
