About You:
Nutrafol is searching for a Senior QA Analyst with 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment. You must be a strong, hands-on tester with a proven ability to quickly identify bugs and quality issues. Your role involves testing rapidly changing features, identifying issues others may miss, and clearly communicating defects to product managers and developers.

This is a remote role based in the United States, reporting to the SVP of QA and Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative changes.
- Find, clearly report, and track bugs and defects in Jira, collaborating closely with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to resolve issues.
- Quickly understand testing tasks and execute them in a timely manner.
- Test the ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as across different browsers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good knowledge of Jira and other QA/development tools.
- Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers.
- Passionate about the customer experience and committed to improving it.
- Understanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping.
- Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve overall testing efficiency.
