Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering physician-led, evidence-based care for obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions. Every Form Health patient works closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary Care Team, including board-certified physicians (many ABOM-certified, and endocrinologists), advanced practice providers, and Registered Dietitians who together deliver comprehensive, one-on-one treatment that includes nutrition, behavioral health, physical activity, and FDA-approved medication, if appropriate. Through our mobile app, patients engage in regular video visits along with text messaging, photo journaling, and personalized educational content.

About the Role:

The Senior Program Manager, Product is a critical, highly independent role at the center of Form Health’s Product organization. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Clinical, and go-to-market teams — and the person responsible for making sure our Product org operates as a best-in-class, AI-forward, product development team.

This is a builder’s role, not a caretaker’s. You’ll define the Product Operations roadmap from the ground up, bring in and champion cutting-edge tools and methodologies (including AI-assisted planning, development, and research workflows), and continuously raise the bar on how the team plans, ships, and learns. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy — setting priorities, making judgment calls, and driving initiatives to completion with minimal oversight — while staying closely aligned with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Own the Product Operations roadmap: Independently define the vision, priorities, and success metrics for how the Product org plans, builds, ships, and learns — identifying gaps and driving initiatives from idea to adoption.
• Drive end-to-end program management: Own execution roadmaps for key cross-functional initiatives — from new clinical program features to platform investments — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery from concept to launch.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success — facilitating the rituals, decisions, and communication that keep every team moving in the same direction.
• Champion AI-forward tools and methodologies: Evaluate, pilot, and roll out modern product development tooling — AI-assisted planning, coding, research, and automation — to help the team plan and ship faster. Treat AI as core infrastructure for how the team works, not a side project.
• Build and evolve the product operating model: Design and continuously improve how the team runs, including intake and triage processes, roadmap and sprint rituals, documentation standards, and tooling that scale with the company.
• Turn data and feedback into decisions: Synthesize product usage data, clinical and operational metrics, and patient/customer feedback into clear, actionable recommendations that inform roadmap and prioritization.
• Provide executive visibility: Develop and deliver program health readouts and roadmap updates to leadership, with data-driven insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Proactively manage risk and dependencies: Identify, assess, and mitigate issues that could impact timelines or quality across teams, escalating and resolving blockers before they become critical.
• Interface directly with stakeholders: Act as a trusted partner and clear point of contact for Product-related questions from Clinical, Commercial, Ops, and executive leadership.

About You:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, product operations, or a related discipline within a fast-paced software or digital health environment.
• A demonstrated track record of operating highly independently — you’ve built a roadmap, process, or operating model from scratch, not just executed against someone else’s plan.
• Fluency with modern product development tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI-forward workflows (e.g., AI-assisted planning, coding, and research tools, alongside Linear, Figma, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with the judgment to adapt them to what a team actually needs rather than applying them rigidly.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting product, engineering, and operational data to inform decisions.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication and influence — able to distill ambiguous, complex problems into clear plans and align stakeholders, from ICs to executives, without relying on direct authority.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or another regulated/clinical environment is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification a plus.
