Senior Product Operations Manager

About the Role: YipitData’s Corporate team collaborates with organizations like Ulta, 3M, and Scotts Miracle-Gro to transform massive volumes of consumer data into accurate, reliable, and actionable insights. The role focuses on stabilizing and growing training and enablement functions across data teams, building 0-1 systems for hiring, onboarding, and scaling, and establishing standardized scorecards to measure impact.

The Corporate team is rapidly growing, and we seek a Senior Product Operations Manager to oversee enablement functions for technical teams, ensuring rapid growth through scalable processes. This role is remote-friendly but requires East Coast work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, maintain, and improve onboarding, training, and enablement assets and processes for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with data team members to ensure training materials and best practices enable new hires to contribute quickly and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee key parts of the recruiting processes, including grading take-home assignments, interviewing candidates, and filling 10+ positions over the next six months.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, automate knowledge base maintenance, and identify gaps in training coverage.
• Measure outcomes across enablement initiatives—such as onboarding ramp time and training effectiveness—and iterate based on data.

Qualifications:

• You have 6+ years of experience in technical enablement or technical operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and running technical training programs, particularly for high-growth teams, and scaling programs to match growth.
• Data-driven mindset with intermediate SQL and Python skills.
• Experience identifying KPIs or internal metrics and building automated trackers to measure accuracy and workflow adherence.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of ambiguous projects critical to driving team impact.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel processes and aggressively prioritize initiatives.
• Passion for working with new hires and building resources to support team growth.
• Excited about owning a new enablement and operations function and scaling high-performing teams.
