About Aiwyn: Aiwyn is a category-defining, hyper-growth scale-up SaaS platform transforming how top-tier accounting firms optimize and manage their entire billing and revenue lifecycle. Backed by world-class institutional investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, KKR, and Revolution, Aiwyn builds modern financial infrastructure to streamline monetization for the professional services industry. Operating with an AI-by-default mindset, Aiwyn pairs highly advanced technical workflows with an uncompromising culture of ownership to solve deep, worthwhile monetization problems for CPA firms globally.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, strategically dominant, and finance-fluent Senior Product Manager to claim absolute General Manager (GM)-level ownership over our core Payments platform under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. In this flagship product seat, you will hold complete accountability over the strategy, P&L outcomes, and banking partnerships powering the main revenue engine of our entire business. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level website layout styling changes, or generic copy editing, you will direct an active money-movement infrastructure, transaction underwriting strategy, and core financial orchestration laboratory. Partnering directly alongside a dedicated execution-focused PM who manages daily ticket shipping, you will be freed to think from first principles, deepen tier-1 customer accounts, and unlock major platform retention vectors. This position requires a product authority with 5–8 years of fintech history who builds scalable platforms fluidly natively using Project Management and software primitives, navigates sponsor-bank networks or gateway parameters without a ramp, and coordinates with engineering, sales, and GTM leaders to drive growth benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flagship Product & P&L Governance: Define and own the overarching product strategy, financial targets, and P&L outcomes for Aiwyn’s primary money-movement ecosystem natively utilizing Project Management guidelines.
  • Ruthless Roadmap Prioritization: Build and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap, making analytical calls to differentiate abstract features from high-adoption capabilities that professional services firms rely upon.
  • Banking Partnership Architecture: Establish, manage, and scale relationship networks with sponsor banks, merchant clearing houses, and payments processing vendors that fuel our core infrastructure.
  • Deep Customer Discovery Labs: Sit face-to-face with enterprise CPA partners and flagship accounts, translating field challenges into definitive software feature updates and structural retention wins.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Syncing: Collaborate closely with your dedicated execution PM to ensure stable delivery, while aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM cells on macro launch objectives.
  • AI-By-Default Innovation: Leverage best-in-class generative AI tools and prompt-driven frameworks to streamline continuous product discovery, system mapping, and metric analysis.
  • Platform Migration Oversight: Lead and safeguard complex data pipeline consolidation frameworks, high-scale billing integrations, or architectural platform migrations smoothly under tight operational constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of proven, successful professional history operating as a Senior Product Manager, FinTech Platform Lead, Technical Product Owner, or closely matching data-driven product management capacity.
  • Frontline FinTech or Payment Literacy: Grounded, production-grade domain experience navigating complex payments, money-movement, billing, or banking operations, ensuring full confidence managing processing rules right from day one.
  • Demonstrated business pedigree owning a product from a commercial perspective, with a visible, successful history steering a revenue or business-unit P&L outcome.
  • Outstanding roadmap craftsmanship, showcasing an ability to ruthlessly prioritize product backlogs and communicate strategic thinking clearly to both engineering nodes and executive partners.
  • Excellent execution chops, with a verified record of shipping complex business software, keeping squads aligned, and course-correcting rapidly when projects encounter bottlenecks.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified technical product leaders residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical or product experience operating within the vertical SaaS, accounting technology, or CPA services software sectors.
  • Hands-on background directing complex integration lines beside sponsor-bank entities or global merchant gateways.
  • Pedigree working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup or venture-backed environments, demonstrating exceptional comfort with structural ambiguity.

What We Offer

  • Top-Tier US FinTech Leadership Remuneration: A highly competitive annual base salary calibrated precisely to your payment architecture history, supplemented by robust stock option packages, matching 401(k) layers, and corporate incentives.
  • 100% remote workspace infrastructure autonomy from your home office setup based anywhere inside the United States.
  • Direct Macro Business Impact: Elite professional credentials built by acting as the macro business and product steward for a scaling platform backed by Bessemer and KKR.
  • An inspiring, premium Adventure Travel Stipend credited systematically on each anniversary of your employment to celebrate personal discovery.
  • Comprehensive health preservation benefits, premium localized coverage options, an AI-by-default operational ecosystem, and deep collaborative paths beside fellow high-craftsmanship A-players.
