Senior Product Manager, Mobile App

About the Role: BOLD is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee our mobile app business. You will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, helping millions of job seekers change their careers and lives. You will own the mobile strategy, roadmap, and execution while integrating next-generation AI features into the mobile journey.

What You'll Do

• Present a clear product vision and mobile strategy to senior leadership, aligning stakeholders and anticipating concerns.
• Independently lead sprint planning, scoping, and execution for the App based on business value and user pain points.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Research, and Engineering to define personalized user journeys and notifications.
• Work with Content Tech and Data Science to integrate AI and LLM-powered features directly into the mobile app.
• Design and analyze sophisticated A/B tests to validate features and optimize conversion rates.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in a mobile-first or app-centric environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs.
• A customer-first mindset with experience synthesizing user feedback into prioritized requirements.
• Expertise in defining success metrics (KPIs) and using quantitative/qualitative data to drive decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with subscription-based products, international localization, or AI integration.
