Senior Product Manager (AI-Powered Senior Care Platform)

A Place for Mom is building an AI-powered platform to revolutionize senior care, helping families navigate one of the hardest decisions of their lives. This role focuses on connecting families with advisors and providers through phone, SMS, and chat, leveraging real-time conversation intelligence and coaching.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own communication channels (telephony, SMS, chat, email) and their integration with advisor workflows.
• Design and implement live transcription systems for real-time coaching and post-call analysis.
• Develop AI-driven copilot and conversation intelligence tools for advisors, including real-time scoring and coaching dashboards.
• Define follow-up and nurture strategies for leads, optimizing routing, prioritization, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance (e.g., TCPA, do-not-call) across all channels and partner integrations.
• Measure and experiment with connection rates, advisor efficiency, and move-in rates to drive outcomes.

Key Outcomes in 12 Months:

• Launch a next-gen contact center platform with live transcription.
• Deploy real-time in-call coaching for advisors, improving performance metrics.
• Enable sales managers to coach using call scoring dashboards.
• Optimize connection rates and move-in rates while reducing calls per family.
• Implement a follow-up and nurture model across channels, tied to move-in success.
• Ensure compliance is maintained post-platform migration.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, especially in real-time, conversational, or communications products (e.g., contact centers, telephony, messaging).
• AI-native mindset: Leverage LLMs and agents for research, prototyping, and analysis daily.
• Hands-on AI experience with LLMs, including direct data integration and conversation analysis.
• Technical fluency in APIs, event streams, data models, and real-time transcription pipelines.
• Proven ability to ship quantifiable wedges, build reusable primitives, and validate experiments at scale.
• Experience aligning sales leadership, operations, compliance, and engineering around roadmaps.
• Bonus skills: Contact center migrations, speech/transcription tech, call scoring, or health-adjacent domains.
