Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives from end to end under a permanent, full-time 100% remote layout open to candidates across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. In this high-agency product development seat, you will claim strategic roadmap ownership, turning ambiguous consumer behavior questions into structured, value-generating software solutions. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription loops, entry-level web content edits, or basic customer helpdesk ticketing, you will operate an active Product-Led Growth (PLG) conversion loop, data dashboard aggregation, and generative AI feature implementation laboratory. Partnering directly beside the Head of Product and collaborating across distributed design, engineering, and content cells, you will architect experiences that move users from discovery to paying customers organically. This position requires a software product authority with 5+ years of scaling history who structures application lifecycles fluidly natively using Project Management and continuous discovery primitives, brings genuine AI fluency with agentic tool engineering practices, and maximizes metrics like LTV, user retention, and funnel conversion velocities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Governance: Own the strategic product roadmap, backlog scoping, and OKR delivery matrices for your application domain, aligning development milestones with company growth metrics natively utilizing Project Management frameworks.
- Data Telemetry & Advanced Analytics: Own end-to-end product analytics (utilizing Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Metabase), defining metrics, writing data queries, and building dashboards to reveal user insights.
- Growth Loop and PLG Instrumentation: Design, implement, and iterate on highly viral product-led growth (PLG) loops, self-serve onboarding flows, activation milestones, and paywall conversion triggers.
- Hands-On AI Feature Engineering: Research, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered product capabilities, working side-by-side with engineering cells to evaluate model APIs, context retrieval, and technical approaches.
- Workflow Automation with Agentic Tools: Leverage frontier agentic coding and productivity platforms (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or identical frameworks) to prototype features, run data analyses, and automate parts of your personal workflow independently.
- Continuous Discovery & Qualitative Research: Conduct systematic user discovery, user interviews, usability testing sessions, and longitudinal engagement analyses to turn user pain points into exact feature specifications.
- Cross-Functional Go-To-Market Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing to architect comprehensive feature launches, managing positioning strategies, launch sequencing plans, post-launch iterations, and success metrics.
- Prioritization & Trade-Off Management: Evaluate third-party tools against internal engineering builds, making principled, cost-benefit recommendations and communicating feature trade-offs cleanly to executive leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional product management history operating within an innovative, high-growth SaaS or digital consumer technology matrix.
- Expert Product Lifecycle Command: Documented track record successfully owning and shipping high-impact, customer-facing web or mobile platform features from initial concept through to deployment and iteration.
- Hands-On AI and Agentic Fluency: Demonstrated history building products that incorporate machine learning or artificial intelligence, paired with practical proficiency deploying agentic tools (specifically Cursor or Claude Code) to write code prototypes or automate data processing tasks.
- Deep analytical mastery, with the standalone capability to extract product data metrics, write schema queries, and interpret complex datasets using statistical frameworks.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and asynchronous communication strengths in English, with an exceptional ability to articulate technical rationale and roadmap priorities with extreme precision to distributed stakeholders.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise technology product managers residing permanently within Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Canada.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior engineering or data science background, enabling you to read source code, understand complex database system architectures, and leverage developer command lines independently.
- Direct operational experience building software within the EdTech, premium content, or B2C consumer subscription software sectors, including deep familiarity with pricing psychology and subscription monetization metrics.
- Familiarity with organic customer acquisition funnels, SEO product architectures, or information architecture restructuring initiatives.
What We Offer
- Competitive Global EdTech Remuneration Matrix: A highly competitive annual total salary package customized precisely to your software portfolio pedigree, supplemented by dedicated workspace improvement stipends.
- 100% remote workspace infrastructure autonomy open across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada under a remote-first workplace model established since 2018.
- High-Impact AI EdTech Influence: Unique professional milestones achieved by directly transforming how millions of global readers discover and connect with literature via applied machine learning.
- Comprehensive health and wellness preservation options aligned seamlessly to your domestic billing region.
- Access to a generous annual vacation policy, dedicated professional development and continuous learning stipends, top-tier hardware provisions, and an inclusive, curiosity-driven corporate culture focused entirely on absolute ownership and mutual trust.
