Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative Senior Product Manager to join our core Product Management division in a full-time remote capacity. In this high-influence seat, you will own the end-to-end strategy, discovery, and delivery mechanics for assigned product verticals. Moving far beyond reactive feature building, you will synthesize incoming requests from client success networks and sales divisions to identify deep system patterns. This track demands a seasoned B2B SaaS practitioner who can translate data telemetry into requirements, navigate competing stakeholder priorities, and guide engineering squads to deliver high-value outcomes in a fast-moving, continuous experimentation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Framing & Customer Discovery: Translate incoming feature requests into structured problem statements through rigorous consumer discovery, qualitative research, and quantitative data analysis.
• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Act as the primary domain expert for designated product spaces, building and maintaining focus-area roadmaps prioritized strictly by user value and company milestones.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Partner closely with Engineering and Design contributors to shepherd product concepts from initial requirements gathering through sprinting, launch, and post-release iteration cycles.
• Client Request Intake & Synthesis: Interface with Customer Success and Sales modules to gather feedback patterns, asking thoughtful follow-up questions to uncover latent user behavioral trends.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Lead high-productivity alignment discussions, ensuring complex product decisions are properly documented and communicated across matrixed divisions.
• System Documentation Maintenance: Author, organize, and elevate comprehensive product documentation logs to ensure clear developer and user visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of verified professional history running product management lifecycles natively within a **B2B SaaS or similar cloud-based environment**.
• Demonstrated capability conducting data-informed customer discovery loops and translating raw insights into production-ready product requirements.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, with practical comfort leveraging telemetry tools and system metrics to guide prioritization decisions.
• Proven history collaborating cross-functionally to lead software developments alongside multi-disciplinary Engineering and Design pods.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation mechanics, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and handle competing stakeholder expectations.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational flexibility open exclusively to qualified product leaders permanently residing anywhere within India (with occasional travel availability for offsite retreats or customer research).

• Prior experience successfully launching new software products or managing the strategic transition of enterprise users out of legacy tech frameworks.
