About Ncontracts: Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Ncontracts is the industry‑leading provider of integrated risk management and compliance SaaS solutions, serving over 5,000 financial institutions nationwide. Recognized seven times as an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company and a consistent recipient of "Best Places to Work" honors, we combine financial system resilience with an outstanding culture focused on life-work alignment.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the core risk management capabilities at the heart of Ncontracts' next-generation Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. Community banks and credit unions rely on these systems to assess, manage, and monitor complex vendor networks. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a builder eager to architect a mature problem space from the ground up using an AI-first strategy, transforming raw document intake into structured, examiner-ready workflow optimization loops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment Architecture: Own the end-to-end user assessment flow across inherent risk, residual risk, and due diligence modules. Define how AI engines safely accelerate tracking without disrupting auditability frameworks.
  • Vendor Lifecycle Management: Build and scale NextGen automation blocks spanning vendor onboarding, ongoing oversight audits, exception-based triggers, and offboarding workflows.
  • Contract Intelligence Strategy: Lead the lifecycle strategy for document classification, semantic search integrations, and proactive predictive insight extraction out of legacy client contracts.
  • AI-First Workflow Design: Establish where probabilistic AI models add material user leverage (e.g., control evaluations, narrative generation, anomaly triggers) versus where human-in-the-loop judgment is required.
  • Continuous Customer Discovery: Run disciplined user interview cycles alongside regional compliance officers to incorporate customer pain points directly into core feature prioritization PRDs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner tightly with Engineering, UI/UX Design, and Data science divisions to deliver platform modules with speed and crisp structural telemetry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of professional Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS ecosystem, with a track record of owning major platform capability blocks end-to-end.
  • Solid foundational product mechanics—proven success writing crisp PRDs, configuring tracking metrics, and conducting user validation sprints.
  • AI/ML Product Experience: Direct exposure shipping or contributing to AI or machine learning-powered features where managing probabilistic outputs was a core constraint.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: Active, daily hands-on usage of modern development tooling (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or Devin) to maximize personal output velocity.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present product strategy smoothly to both non-technical customers and executive blocks.
  • Strong analytical and critical systems thinking mindset with comfort managing greenfield ambiguity.
  • Location Context: 100% remote working eligibility open to qualified product leaders based within the United States.

Benefits & Perks

  • Annualized Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year.
  • Eligible for performance-tied corporate bonus incentive plans.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings configuration with company matching active on Day 1.
  • Responsible PTO plan and 11 designated paid calendar holidays.
  • Company-paid Group Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability plans.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and critical illness protections.
  • 2 dedicated paid Volunteer Time Off days and pet insurance structures.
