Senior Product Designer (Mobile-First)

What You Will Do

• Own product design end-to-end by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, collaborating with engineering, and shipping iteratively.
• Design for mobile and web, with everything starting mobile before scaling to larger screens.
• Leverage AI tools throughout your design process to move faster.
• Deliver consumer-grade experiences that make SMB software intuitive and delightful.
• Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant journeys.
• Work directly with product managers, engineering, and growth teams to ship fast.
• Stay close and regularly talk with customers.
• Build and evolve our design system across platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mobile app experience (B2C preferred, B2B is a plus).
• Comfortable designing for both mobile and web.
• Experience shipping products with real user traction.
• Ability to own the full design cycle autonomously.
• Skill in simplifying complex workflows into intuitive flows.
• Ability to ship fast without compromising quality.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in your design workflow.
• Product-minded with an understanding of business impact.
• Proactive decision-making and initiative-taking.
• Use of data and user insights to inform design.
• Fluent in English.
• Startup environment experience.
