Senior Product Designer

About the Role: Tradeify is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm and fintech platform. We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of engagement and progression systems across the Tradeify ecosystem, focusing on experiences that drive motivation, retention, and long-term platform engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of engagement-focused experiences, including achievements, streaks, milestones, ranks, levels, and rewards.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished high-fidelity designs for complex trading workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Data teams to experiment, measure, and iterate on engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards across the platform.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver impactful, habit-forming experiences.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, fintech, gaming, consumer tech, or high-growth digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work, systems thinking, and high-quality UX/UI execution.
• Expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Strong understanding of behavioral psychology, user motivation, retention mechanics, and reward systems.
• Bonus: Experience in gaming, fantasy sports, trading, investing, crypto, or competitive platforms.
