Senior Product Designer

About the Role: Stable is on a mission to make it simple to headquarter any business on the internet. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work in an AI-forward, builder-led environment. You will own your work from discovery through delivery, making impactful product decisions in close collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for data and customer opportunities, spinning up your own reports and speaking directly with users.
• Design product solutions using tools like Figma, Claude, or Cursor.
• Partner with engineering pods to deliver value seamlessly bridging digital software and physical operations.
• Build and evolve the design system, creating reusable patterns.
• Evolve how we design by leveraging new tools, AI, and generative technology.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies.
• Experience as a product design generalist (research, UI design, systems thinking).
• Strong project management skills, excellent design foundations (hierarchy, layout, typography), and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Bonus: Experience at B2B companies, physical real-world processes, and familiarity with frontend code.
