Senior Product Analytics Engineer

SoSafe, a leading human risk management provider in Europe, is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Engineer to drive data-informed decision-making and shape the future of their cybersecurity training platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Own product analytics across product lines, defining success metrics and aligning them with company strategy.
• Influence decision-making by crafting compelling data stories for product leaders, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Build scalable data products, collaborating with engineers to enable self-service analytics and democratize data access.
• Develop a governed self-service layer, defining practices for event instrumentation and taxonomy in an event-driven architecture.
• Drive data literacy by evangelizing data use and empowering teams to self-serve insights.
• Leverage AI-native workflows, evaluating and applying LLMs to accelerate query generation, dashboard building, and insight synthesis.
• Collaborate with GTM, connecting product usage to commercial outcomes like win/loss, expansion, and renewal.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science, with a focus on B2B product teams.
• Expertise in product analytics fundamentals, including metric trees, experimentation, user activity/retention analytics, funnels, and customer segmentation.
• Proficient in SQL, with strong experience using DBT for data transformations. Python coding experience is a plus.
• Experience with event-based tracking data for web or mobile, and hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude, Heap, or MixPanel.
• Demonstrated impact from using LLMs to improve workflows or results, with measurable outcomes.
• Strategic mindset with curiosity and ambition, seeking scalable insights and business outcomes.
• Clear communication skills to translate findings for diverse stakeholders and drive rapid decisions.
• Cross-functional experience with GTM, including projects with Customer Success, RevOps, or Product Marketing (e.g., churn early-warning, renewal predictors).

Location:

UK, Ireland, or Portugal. Candidates must have work authorization in one of these countries. Office access available in London, Dublin, and Lisbon.
