Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, technically deep Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team under our subsidiary, Jadaya. In this client-facing technical track, you will serve as the core technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the enterprise sales cycle. You will translate complex business challenges into resilient, scalable architectural designs, deliver engaging product solution walkthroughs to C-suite executives, and systematically resolve technical objections. Additionally, you will play a critical role in engineering clear, high-signal responses for RFPs and RFIs while leveraging Salesforce frameworks to maintain pipeline alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Authority: Act as the primary technical point of contact during complex client acquisition cycles, collaborating deeply with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering leads.
- Solution Architecture Design: Analyze loose or unstructured customer requirements to map out effective, high-performing cloud, network, and security infrastructure topologies.
- Engaging Technical Presentations: Conduct polished product demonstrations and technical solution walkthroughs tailored for both deep individual contributors and high-level executive stakeholders.
- RFP & RFI Document Engineering: Research, author, and deliver precise, professional technical sections for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Objection Mitigation: Address intricate infrastructure queries, eliminate architectural friction points, and build deep client confidence in proposed platform integrations.
- Market & Competitor Telemetry: Maintain real-time awareness of emerging software technologies, competitor products, and digital trends to keep internal solution offerings highly optimized.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of verified professional history operating in a deep technical engineering role, with a minimum of 1–2 years explicitly focused inside Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture tracks.
- Strong foundational technical domain knowledge spanning Software Solutions, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Networking topologies.
- Demonstrated capability to construct clean technical diagrams, architecture flowcharts, and high-quality stakeholder presentation decks.
- Practical familiarity navigating and managing deal pipelines using enterprise sales systems like Salesforce CRM or equivalent applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal communication mechanics, optimized to simplify sophisticated data concepts into obvious business value.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical quantitative field.
- Location Context: Remote-first operational flexibility open exclusively to qualified technical professionals based permanently within Cairo, Egypt.
