Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, systems-minded Senior Platform Engineer to join our core global Engineering cell in a full-time, global remote format. In this high-trust cloud-agnostic platform seat, you will claim absolute end-to-end technical ownership over designing, script-automating, and scaling the modern infrastructure backbones that support millions of active crypto wallets across our mobile, extension, and desktop products. Moving far beyond boilerplate server setups, you will build robust distributed backends, troubleshoot concurrent container networking paths, and enforce rigid cloud security boundaries. This high-agency role demands a seasoned developer who brings hands-on production engineering depth in Go, understands Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) primitives for high availability, and strategically standardizes AI-assisted developer experience (DevX) workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud-Native Infrastructure Architecture: Spearhead the planning, automated provisioning, and execution of multi-tenant cloud platforms, utilizing modern infrastructure best practices to guarantee a stable, scalable foundation.
• High-Availability Operations Triage: Manage day-to-day production workloads, troubleshooting system bottlenecks, and optimizing cloud data streams to preserve strict high availability (HA) and meet target service level objectives (SLOs).
• Go Feature Development: Own, program, and refactor robust backend microservices natively utilizing Go (Golang), configuring high-performance networking, HTTP servers, and gRPC communication layers.
• Infrastructure as Code & Configuration: Construct, version, and scale platform configurations natively using Terraform and Atlantis across multi-region infrastructure blocks.
• Container Orchestration Management: Deploy, orchestrate, and manage elastic workloads inside Kubernetes clusters, leveraging Istio service meshes, Helm charts, and cloud-agnostic ingress controls.
• CI/CD Delivery Acceleration: Build, audit, and maintain production-grade continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to speed up runtime application releases.
• Production Observability Instrumentation: Integrate and manage enterprise telemetry and application diagnostics natively via OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry tracking nodes.
• AI DevX Optimization: Leverage AI engineering best practices to boost developer productivity, standardizing AI-assisted programming patterns, testing prompts, and coding guardrails across the platform team.
• User & Developer Advocacy: Interface directly with end-users and decentralized developers building on top of Trust Wallet, collecting technical feedback to directly inform future product and architectural strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven senior-level professional history running cloud-native platform infrastructure, distributed systems engineering, backend microservice programming, or DevOps lifecycle management.
• Deep, authoritative technical command managing and scaling resources natively inside public cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Cloudflare ecosystems.
• Expert-tier programming literacy in the Go (Golang) language, showing real-world comfort implementing network protocols, gRPC architectures, and concurrent routines.
• Hands-on operational experience with Kubernetes alongside adjacent lifecycle components, including service meshes like Istio and template packagers via Helm.
• Demonstrated experience defining, maintaining, and reviewing automated deployment pipelines using modern orchestration utilities like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Authoritative mastery of infrastructure configuration as code, with a verified track record writing production definitions natively in Terraform.
• Strong, practical understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, focusing on maintaining system resilience, incident handling, and on-call responsibilities.
• Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open to qualified platform developers residing anywhere globally to work 100% remotely from home, provided they maintain valid work authorization inside their specific country of residence.

• Prior experience building or securing architectures natively inside the decentralized Web3 gaming, blockchain infrastructure, fintech, or digital asset wallet sectors.
