About the Role: OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on, facilitating over $35 trillion in onchain value. We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Representative to help source, develop, and close strategic partnerships across crypto-native projects, fintechs, and institutions.
What You'll Do
- Source and develop new partnership opportunities and own a pipeline of partner deals end-to-end.
- Build and maintain working relationships with business development, product, and technical counterparts.
- Structure partnership frameworks (referral, co-sell, integration, and joint go-to-market).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Solution Development, Legal, Engineering) throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Represent OpenZeppelin at industry events, working groups, and partner meetings.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales at a technology company.
- Sound commercial judgement with the ability to qualify opportunities and prioritize pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity into commercial narratives.
- Self-directed, relationship-first mentality, and comfortable engaging a range of stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in blockchain, Web3, fintech, digital assets, or enterprise technology.
