We’re looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to own the success, implementation, and growth of Benepass’s strategic partner relationships.
You’ll serve as a senior post-sale owner for our partner ecosystem, helping partners implement unique workflows and integrations with Benepass, successfully launch new clients, and create long-term value for their customers. You’ll also own the development of scalable implementation and onboarding practices across a variety of partnership models.
This role will define how Benepass brings new partners and partner-referred clients into the business. You’ll develop the playbooks, templates, training materials, workflows, and operating rhythms that enable consistent, high-quality onboarding as our partner ecosystem grows.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, Product, and Support to ensure partners have the resources, communication, and internal support they need to succeed.
What you’ll do
Partner Success and Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build trusted relationships with their key stakeholders.
- Develop partner success plans, communication cadences, regular check-ins, and business reviews.
- Understand each partner’s business model, client base, goals, and operating needs.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for partner questions, escalations, planning, and ongoing collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase the value Benepass provides to each partner.
Implementation Strategy and Scalable Onboarding
- Own the partner implementation experience from initial handoff through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define best practices for onboarding different partnership models, including health plans, digital health companies, benefits administrators, TPAs, HRIS platforms, and others.
- Develop repeatable implementation frameworks, onboarding plans, project templates, checklists, timelines, and readiness criteria.
- Create partner-facing and internal enablement materials that clarify roles, responsibilities, milestones, processes, and escalation paths.
- Establish scalable workflows for partner onboarding, client introductions, implementation support, and post-launch engagement.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve partner onboarding without losing a high-touch experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation workstreams and ensure commitments, risks, dependencies, and decisions are clearly documented.
- Continuously evaluate onboarding performance and refine processes based on partner feedback, client outcomes, and internal learnings.
Partner Enablement and Go-to-Market Support
- Develop and deliver partner training, webinars, workshops, office hours, and other enablement programs.
- Ensure partners understand Benepass’s products, ideal customer profile, implementation process, and value proposition.
- Support smooth handoffs between partner, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
Customer Outcomes and Performance
- Monitor partner and referred-client performance, including activation, utilization, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and translate data into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Identify risks early and coordinate timely resolution of partner or client issues.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure partner-referred clients achieve strong adoption and long-term value.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional clients, products, geographies, or benefit programs.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Operational Excellence
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing recurring needs, operational issues, product feedback, and market opportunities.
- Influence Product, Operations, Support, and Implementation priorities based on partner and client insights.
- Build and maintain partner playbooks, standard operating procedures, reporting, and documentation.
- Establish clear ownership and communication across teams involved in partner relationships.
- Maintain accurate partner activity, health, opportunities, commitments, and next steps in Benepass’s CRM and internal systems.
- Help shape the operating model and best practices for Benepass’s growing partner ecosystem.
What success looks like
- Partners are knowledgeable, engaged, and confident representing Benepass.
- New partnerships and partner-referred clients move smoothly from introduction through implementation and launch.
- Benepass has clear, repeatable onboarding processes for different partnership models.
- Partner-sourced pipeline, activation, retention, utilization, and expansion improve over time.
- Partner satisfaction and confidence in working with Benepass remain strong as the ecosystem scales.
- Internal teams have clear visibility into partner needs, risks, opportunities, and commitments.
- Partner implementation materials, workflows, and best practices become increasingly standardized and efficient.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, channel management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, fintech, benefits administration, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic external relationships and senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience leading implementations, onboarding programs, or complex cross-functional projects.
- A track record of creating scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and operating practices.
- Commercial orientation, including the ability to identify and support expansion opportunities while maintaining partner trust.
- Comfort using data to assess account health, identify trends, and recommend actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate executive-level conversations.
- Strong organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and bring structure to an evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with digital health companies, benefits consultants, PEOs, TPAs, HRIS providers, or benefits-administration platforms.
- Experience building or managing a channel, referral, marketplace, or strategic partner program.
- Familiarity with spending accounts, and global health and wellness benefits.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, customer-success platform, or partner-management system.
- Experience supporting integrations, fintech products, payments, or benefits technology workflows.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.

Benepass
View Company ProfileBenepass (operating under getbenepass.com, legally BenePass, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade flexible employee benefits platform, fintech pioneer, and card-first HR benefits administration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity pre-tax and post-tax account orchestration layer for modern people-first employers, global remote workforces, and enterprise payroll systems. Founded in 2019 by visionary technology and finance innovators Jaclyn Chen (CEO), Kabir Soorya (CTO), and Mark Fischer, the company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern corporate benefits administration—where human resources teams are forced to manage a highly fragmented, low-engagement maze of legacy pre-tax accounts (FSA, HSA, Commuter) alongside separate, manual post-tax wellness stipends, resulting in abysmal utilization rates and complex administrative overhead—by deploying a unified, card-first digital money platform. Moving far beyond traditional, passive reimbursement policies or rigid, single-use benefit vouchers, Benepass natively unifies tax-advantaged pre-tax programs, personalized post-tax Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs), custom physical and virtual smart payment cards (backed by the Benepass Visa), and direct, real-time transaction-level policy checks into a single high-availability mobile and web workspace. Serving as a trusted core utility for leading modern technology teams and global enterprises—including Lyft, Stripe, Wix, Mural, and Anthropic—the platform automates employee-led perk selection across over 90 countries, boosting average team engagement rates past 85% within months of deployment. Highlighting its massive commercial validation and category-defining growth trajectory, the enterprise has secured over $74 million in institutional venture capital, anchored by a monumental $40 million Series B financing round led by Centana Growth Partners, with robust continuation from Threshold Ventures, Portage Ventures, and Future of Work Partners. Under the hood, its fintech infrastructure utilizes advanced automated policy-matching engines that dynamically approve 86% of global card swipes in real time, secure API integrations with core Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday and ADP, and secure banking-as-a-service ledger integrations designed to process hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits funding with absolute data security, SOC 2 compliance, and zero manual administrative friction. What sets Benepass apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing outdated, one-size-fits-most corporate benefits with absolute flexibility, real-time spending predictability, and frictionless employee-led wellness empowerment; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive transaction processing APIs and the everyday lifestyle needs of global remote teams, the corporation remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic HR tech and global corporate wellness transformation.
