Senior ML-Engineer, Finance

About the Role: Fundraise Up is a modern fundraising platform serving leading nonprofit organizations globally. We are looking for a Senior ML-Engineer to own a high-impact client intelligence initiative. You will build an end-to-end pipeline from data collection and enrichment to modeling and production deployment to feed directly into our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Build a market intelligence database via data scraping, enrichment, and creating ML models for scoring and analysis.
• Design and operate scrapers to extract key signals from nonprofit websites.
• Develop classification models and filters to distinguish high-potential prospects.
• Deploy the scoring model and integrate outputs directly into Salesforce in a clean, maintainable way.
• Manage MLOps workflows and build scalable, cost-efficient filtering pipelines.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of ML/DS experience solving real product problems.
• Strong expertise in ML, mathematical statistics, classical algorithms, and modern NLP/LLM approaches.
• Confident in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) with a product-oriented approach and clean coding practices.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building complex datasets in ClickHouse and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps (Docker, Git, CI/CD, MLflow, Airflow) and large-scale web scraping.
• Requirement: Strong English proficiency (C1) is required.
