Senior Manager, Social Media

About the Role: Once Upon a Farm is seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to own our end-to-end social ecosystem. You will act as equal parts strategist, editor, and creator to build a distinct, aspirational, and highly engaging brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack while driving childhood nutrition awareness.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overarching social strategy, driving engagement, audience growth, and brand affinity across all channels.
• Concept and execute bite-sized, editorial-style content that educates and entertains busy parents.
• Personally create high-quality, social-native content and attend shoots/events to capture behind-the-scenes material.
• Collaborate with Partnership and Influencer Managers to select and direct influencers that amplify our brand story.
• Analyze performance metrics and align content with SEO and E-commerce strategies.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading social at a brand, media outlet, or publication (CPG, parenting, food, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling content.
• Deep understanding of platform nuances across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Experience managing and directing creators, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Note: Must reside in the United States and provide a visual portfolio showcasing prior social content work.
