Job Description
About the Role: Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Segment Campaign Strategy to join our team! Reporting to the Director, Campaign and Audience Strategy, you will be the data-driven people leader for our priority segments, providing structure, focus, and clear prioritization across full-funnel growth campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Set the full-funnel campaign strategy for priority segments, encompassing product-led initiatives, content campaigns, events, ABM plays, and partner motions.
- Own the segment campaign strategy and roadmap, creating quarterly themes that define GTM initiatives across channels.
- Act as an integrator across channels (email, paid, web, events, ABM) to ensure they ladder back to shared KPIs.
- Build and iterate on dashboards to track segment performance using Salesforce account and opportunity data.
- Manage and develop a small, segment- and ABM-focused team while executing critical segment campaigns yourself.
What You Bring
- 6–9+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or segment marketing, ideally within SaaS.
- 2–4+ years of people management experience leading marketers or field teams.
- Deep familiarity with complex B2B sales motions and buying committees.
- Demonstrated success executing integrated campaigns across channels tied to clear opportunity/pipeline goals.
- Advanced fluency with Marketo, Salesforce, and BI tools (Tableau/Bizible).
