Who We’re Looking For: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, we are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to help implement and execute on the testing strategy of enterprise-wide applications that are critical to the success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the QA process across our enterprise platforms including designing the testing strategy, writing and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and generating test reports.
• Performs as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications that includes Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services.
• Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing and leads the testing data collection exercise, execution, and produces the daily progress/status for testing.
• Partner with business leaders and development team to align on features and functionality, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of enhancements and bug fixes.
• Create and maintain organized documentation of test results.
• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to fully understand technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with both onsite and offshore QA team members ensuring the project timelines are met.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and make recommendations for corrective action.
• Lead the UAT calls and partner with business users to demo how the test case would impact the Oracle ERP with journal entries.
• Write SQL queries to verify the data ingestion process to the database and output in the end-user application.
• Support testing efforts on e-commerce platforms and other software as needed.
• Partner at all levels to become a functional SME for Inventory and Financial systems.
• Support D2C testing initiatives which include test case creation, responsive design testing, and e-commerce testing.
• Work with warehouse data centers to ensure order processing is functioning as intended.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce testing and CMS systems.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience owning QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications, including test planning, test case design, regression testing, defect validation, reporting, and release readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems.
• Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Deep understanding of retail systems and financial and inventory workflows in the retail industry.
• Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into test scenarios, and clearly communicating testing outcomes.
• Ability to write SQL queries to validate data ingestion, integrations, and downstream application outputs.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience testing eCommerce applications such as Shopify, Braintree, and Klarna, as well as CMS systems.
• Extremely skilled tester with the ability to think outside of the box.
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across onsite and offshore teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodology.
