About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Marketing to own the story of Gravity — our AI-native platform that makes autonomous healthcare operations possible — as distinct from the go-to-market for any single solution. Where each solution’s Head of Marketing sells a specific outcome to a specific buyer, this role owns how Innovaccer explains the platform underneath all of them: Memory, Intelligence, and Orchestrated Execution, and why that architecture is what makes autonomous operations reliable at all.
This is a technical and analyst-facing role more than a buyer-facing one for the platform narrative work itself — but it is not narrative-only. You also own one of Gravity’s swim lanes end to end, including pipeline accountability for it, the same model every solution’s Head of Marketing works under, just scoped to your swim lane rather than a full solution. You report to the Head of Gravity Marketing, and your work gives every solution’s story a credible technical foundation to stand on, while also being judged on the pipeline your own swim lane produces.
A Day in the Life
- Own the platform narrative for Gravity — how Memory, Intelligence, and Orchestrated Execution work together to make autonomous operations reliable — and keep it current as the architecture evolves.
- Own your assigned Gravity swim lane end to end — strategy, flight plan, and execution — and carry direct accountability for the pipeline it generates, the same standard every solution’s Head of Marketing is held to.
- Translate platform capabilities into content and messaging for a technical audience: architecture briefs, analyst decks, technical whitepapers, and partner-facing materials.
- Work directly with the Head of Gravity Marketing and Gravity’s Product leadership to make sure the platform story stays accurate as new capabilities ship.
- Support analyst relations for the platform specifically — briefing analysts on Gravity’s architecture and technical differentiation, distinct from any single solution’s analyst conversations.
- Partner with technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA) on joint technical narrative and co-marketing content tied to platform capability, not solution-specific campaigns.
- Coordinate with each solution’s Head of Marketing so their solution-level pitches can draw on a consistent, credible platform story rather than each team explaining Gravity from scratch.
- Support technical evaluators inside prospective customers — the people assessing whether Gravity’s architecture can actually do what solution teams are claiming it can do.
- Track how competitors and adjacent platforms position their own AI/data infrastructure, and flag where Gravity’s technical differentiation needs to be sharpened or better explained.
- Build the library of reusable technical proof points (architecture diagrams, benchmark data, security and governance documentation) that every solution team and the Head of Thought Leadership can draw on.
What You Need
- Either of two backgrounds: (a) 4–6 years in management consulting followed by an MBA from a top-tier program, with a demonstrated inclination toward or exposure to healthcare — prior marketing experience specifically is not required, but your consulting or post-MBA work must include real go-to-market strategy engagements with a measurable commercial outcome, not case work alone; or (b) 6–8 years in marketing at an AI or AI-infrastructure company, with direct experience explaining technical architecture to a non-engineering audience and owning a pipeline number. Either path is a fit — we are not requiring both backgrounds.
- A proven track record of being accountable for a pipeline or revenue outcome you helped produce — for path (a), this can come from consulting engagements tied to a client’s commercial results, not strategy recommendations alone; for path (b), from owning marketing pipeline directly. This is a hard requirement for both paths: general strategy or content experience with no pipeline outcome attached to it is not a fit for this role.
- Genuine comfort with technical material — you don’t need to write code, but you need to understand enough of how an AI platform is architected (data, models, orchestration) to translate it accurately, not just enthusiastically.
- Experience producing analyst-facing or technical marketing content: briefing documents, whitepapers, architecture narratives, or similar — not just campaign collateral.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts clear without oversimplifying them into something inaccurate.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to keep the platform narrative technically accurate as the architecture evolves.
- Healthcare industry exposure or inclination is a strong plus for either path — direct healthcare AI experience is ideal, but is not required if you can show a genuine, demonstrated interest in the space.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with real ambiguity — this is a hands-on, individual-contributor role building a function that is still being defined.
Here’s What We Offer
