Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Senior Manager - Microsoft Alliance to lead the day-to-day operations and programmatic growth of 3Cloud’s foundational Microsoft partnership. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Alliances, you will hold absolute technical accountability for leading a team of Alliance Specialists while driving operational excellence across funding frameworks, co-sell strategies, and partner alliance programs. This leadership track demands a structured business development expert who can translate high-level alliance directives into measurable outcomes spanning multi-million-dollar funding pipelines, regional sales channels, corporate marketing cells, and digital delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Alliance Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a distributed cell of Alliance Specialists, establishing clear KPIs, tracking operational deliverables, and serving as the primary escalation point for day-to-day partner problems.
- Funding & Revenue Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration, tracking, governance, and submission cycles for multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding portfolios to ensure strict compliance with partner targets.
- CRM Pipeline Hygiene: Manage and update comprehensive pipeline records, activity logs, and joint opportunities within Salesforce, providing high-quality insights to guide internal sales forecasting loops.
- Go-To-Market Co-Sell Execution: Drive joint co-sell motions alongside Microsoft field account representatives, optimizing account matching, registration velocities, and opportunity conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional GTM Syncing: Partner tightly with internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery networks to operationalize priority solution designs and support dynamic multi-channel campaigns.
- Microsoft Program Compliance: Coordinate specialized documentation, audits, and programmatic submissions to satisfy complex Microsoft partnership criteria, including Advanced Specializations parameters.
- Event Logistics Tracking: Collaborate alongside creative marketing squads to execute partnership success stories, field events, and digital campaigns to extract measurable pipeline outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of verified professional history running corporate alliances, channel partner management, or technical business development pipelines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or an equivalent quantitative corporate management discipline (or equivalent verified career background).
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, establishing team priorities, and driving execution inside high-velocity enterprise software ecosystems.
- Hands-on proficiency operating within CRM software ecosystems, with a deep functional tracking background leveraging Salesforce.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a proven track record of delivering clear partner presentations to multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders.
- Location Context: Virtual-first full-time operational framework optimized for qualified partnership leaders residing permanently anywhere within the United States.
- Travel Parameters: Full personal readiness and availability to travel up to 20% across regional office centers or partner sites as required.

- Substantive operational background navigating, tracking, and auditing components natively inside the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Foundational knowledge regarding cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS models, or software consultation methodologies.
