The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Developer, Digital Banking, is responsible for managing the Digital Bank’s Martech Stack. This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer journeys, configuring and developing email and push communications, creating A/B testing experiments, and constructing and connecting data sources across the Martech ecosystem. This role leverages technical expertise to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer experiences utilizing Braze, Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP), Statsig Experimentation, and OneTrust Consent Management Platform.
