About the Role: At Render, we're building the modern cloud platform for developers. We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Finance to be the dedicated finance partner for our go-to-market organization as we scale. In this high-ownership role, you'll build the models, forecasting processes, metrics, and reporting that shape how we invest in growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with GTM Leaders (Sales and Marketing) to support day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy.
  • Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace and performance targets.
  • Improve and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models incorporating key drivers of revenue growth.
  • Build clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity, and other key SaaS metrics.
  • Support company-wide budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of progressive experience including FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or GTM finance.
  • Direct experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in a B2B SaaS and/or usage-based business.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets) and understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience building headcount and capacity models for growing teams.
  • Bonus: SQL or experience working with large datasets, and experience in high-growth startups or PLG businesses.
