Senior Management Accountant

About the Role: The company is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join as a full-time offshore professional based in the Philippines. This is a high-impact, strategic finance role where you will own the full finance function, drive quarterly forecasting, and be a true commercial partner to the Australian leadership team of a growing energy infrastructure business.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly business reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements with executive-level narratives.
• Build and maintain detailed forecasting models for revenue, costs, resources, and quarterly cash flows.
• Own the integration between Procore (project management) and Xero (accounting), ensuring accurate data flow and governance.
• Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures to support strategic planning and business growth.

What You Bring

• CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent international qualification).
• 7–12 years of management accounting experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, energy, or project-based businesses.
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience managing or working with Procore–Xero integration (or similar systems).
• Strong project accounting background (job costing, WIP management, margin analysis) and excellent English communication skills.
