Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role: Globaldev is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Platform R&D Group. Our core mission is to become the intelligence authority of the oceans. You will leverage data to drive real impact by building robust infrastructure that enables us to push more models to production faster while monitoring their performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring of ML/DL models in all stages leading to production.
• Design and implement systems for Dataset and Label Management, and establish a robust Model Repository.
• Own model serving and inference systems, including autoscaling, A/B testing, and latency/cost optimization.
• Enable specialized infrastructure for Generative AI capabilities and develop reusable CI/CD pipelines.

What You Bring

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ML/DL workflows, CI/CD best practices, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and Java, along with various data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Spark, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and DS tools like MLFlow, Langfuse, or SageMaker.
