Senior IT Cloud Administrator

About the Role: Voltus is building the technical foundation for the global transition to clean energy. We are looking for a Senior IT Cloud Administrator to join our lean, high-impact IT team. You will be responsible for securing and operating our cloud-first infrastructure, managing SOC 2 audit cycles, and driving automation across our global, remote-first organization.

What You'll Do

• Own critical cloud security, compliance, and SaaS governance workstreams.
• Support SOC 2 Type II audit cycles, including evidence collection and control automation.
• Operate centralized logging and SIEM capabilities across core systems (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, SentinelOne).
• Implement technical controls for data retention and govern critical systems like Google Workspace Shared Drives.
• Manage end-to-end IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, endpoint policy enforcement (MDM), and patching.
• Leverage REST APIs and automation platforms to integrate disparate information systems.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace and cloud-first IT systems in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Providers (IdP), SSO/MFA governance, and Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud preferred).
• Strong knowledge of XDR/Endpoint security platforms (SentinelOne preferred).
• Experience with automation tools, REST APIs, and modern integration platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across Windows and macOS ecosystems.
• Bonus: Experience with ITIL 4, SaaS FinOps, or AWS operations (EC2, VPN).
