Senior IT and Enterprise Application Engineer

About the Role: As a Senior IT and Enterprise Application Engineer at Enfuce, you'll take ownership of the administration and continuous improvement of our enterprise application ecosystem and AI tooling. You'll set the direction for how platforms are configured and governed, acting as the go-to technical expert to drive automation at scale and ensure our application portfolio is secure and well-governed.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT support operations and own the helpdesk function in Jira Service Management.
• Architect and administer Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and act as the primary Salesforce administrator.
• Architect and deliver workflow automation and application integration solutions to eliminate manual handoffs.
• Own the MDM platform strategy (Mac/Windows endpoints) and the end-to-end laptop patching lifecycle.
• Lead the framework for evaluating, deploying, and governing AI productivity tooling (Claude, Windsurf, Codex).

What You Bring

• Proven, deep experience administering multiple enterprise SaaS platforms in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture, SSO, and identity/access management.
• Advanced experience with Jira Service Management, including designing service catalogues and SLA frameworks.
• Solid working knowledge of MDM platforms (Jamf or Intune) and endpoint management.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or DORA).
